I've got to be your most faithful fan, I've lost count of the number of years I've eaten that cereal nearly every night -- at least 4! ***
Do you have any food items you eat every day?

I drink Diet Dr Pepper every day, all day. I try to eat a banana every day. I eat Yoplait light thick & creamy yogurt key lime pie flavor, nearly every day. I am a creature of habit with food and eat a lot of the same things day after day.
ReplyDeletewow, those are all healthy. I will have to try that cereal sometime! Can you share your homemade bread and cracker recipe? Or maybe you did already.
ReplyDeleteNature Valley oats 'n honey bar
ReplyDeleteHoney Bunches of Oats w/ organic f.f. milk
and my newest love?...honey greek yogurt!!!
Do you make the homemake bread & crackers yourself?
I used to love Coke and coffee... but after having prostate issues, my doctor said I had to cut them out. The caffine aggrivated the problem. So, now since surgery I just have an occasional decaf... still love the flavor of coffee.
ReplyDeleteGreat list... good stuff. Happy T13.
Jenny Craig makes am almond cranberry crunch cereal which is WONDERFUL. I have it at least once every week if not twice. My problem with it reamins the same even after 10 months of this diet...It is soooo little. I swear it's maybe 10 bites (if they are not too big) and just as I am deciding WOW this is sooo good ~ it is gone, haha...However, I have learned 10 minutes or so later I am full. I am still unconditioning a mind that thinks more is better...sigh....I also LOVE LOVE hummus. I get some and eat it with fresh veggies (carrots, baby tomotoes, red and green peppers) and it is wonderful. You have a GREAT diet. I wish I had eaten like this at your age, maybe then Jenny Craig wouldn't be my diet now. Have a wonderful day... HUGS
ReplyDeleteWOW! Healthy healthy! Love it. The only thing that I have every single day with out fail is my coffee in the morning. Without that, forget it, I can't function. I do however drink water everyday now. I cut the soda and am finally loosing weight...But I must say, you inspire me to eat healthier. Need some good recipes...
ReplyDeleteI'm so with ya on the Coke Zero :)

I agree with everything on your list except for the coffee and coke...no caffeine for me.
ReplyDeleteYum...I too love to eat cold cereal before bedtime.
My 13 is TV flashback, with Paul Lynde. Comedy responses HERE
Do hope you can find time to stop by for a visit.
Hmm, I do repeat foods often, even though I get tired of them, but even moreso I HATE thinking about food ideas & preparing food. So...typically oatmeal or toast & PB in the morning, with some yoghurt (getting into the plain mixed with honey, and maybe frozen raspberries). Always some chocolate, somewhere in there, at least once, but often more. Pretty much just drink water these days, with some OJ in the morning, and occasionally some loose leaf tea in the evening.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on some of these, especially the coffee--although I probably drink way too much of that!
ReplyDeleteI eat some form of oats everyday but your #3 would be a great addition. I would love to eat chocolate everyday but my hips wouldnt like that. Stopping by from UBP http://postpartumillness.com/
ReplyDeleteThere's a big difference between what I eat every day and what I'd like to eat! Wholemeal bread, lots of fruit, cold meat and salad veges are our staples, although it's cold now so we're getting into vege soups.
ReplyDeleteVery healthy and delicious.
ReplyDeleteWish my diet were that healthy. The problem is I've developed an aversion to food. Nothing sounds good anymore.
ReplyDeleteDo I have anything that I consume regularly. No, but I should. I need more consistency in my diet.
You have a lot of my could eat everyday on your list. Change peanut butter to almond butter and I've never tried Coke Zero.
ReplyDeletewhat you could i could too :( but i m so deprived it aint even funny :(
