What it is like having 3 kids – Part 3

This picture of my kids a little over a year ago says a thousand words about what it is like having 3 kids! My 13 thoughts about this picture:
  1. How sweet it is to see them loving on each other!
  2. This momma was too tired to care that the bigger kids had climbed in the pack n' play with the baby.
  3. This momma was just glad they were all quiet for a few seconds.
  4. The screaming began seconds after this picture was taken!
  5. This momma was having a good day because all 3 kids are actually dressed in something other than pajamas!
  6. A 3rd child does not get much alone time!
  7. You never get tired of pictures of the 3 of them together!
  8. This pack n' play was actually this poor 3rd child's only bed for a few months until his big sister was out of the real crib!
  9. A baby with a big sister gets tons of kisses! My daughter ran around saying, "Tiss him! Tiss him!" for the first several months after we brought her baby brother home.
  10. When your 3 little kids are no longer right under your feet and you head off to look for them, take along your camera because chances are what you find will be picture-worthy!
  11. The weight limit on the pack n' play must be 90+ pounds!
  12. All 3 kids contained = a beautiful thing!
  13. Lord, thank you for the blessing of them!

  10. I came to your blog from "Mama Said", I only read one post and I know I am going to love it. Your blog title speaks volumes to me. My baby is going to turn 4 in a couple weeks and the other 2 are 5 and 6. This morning I just felt like, well...chaos. Thanks for the reminder of just how blessed we are!

  11. Precious picture and precious thoughts. I'll keep in mind that weight limit for the grands when they come to visit. "Tiss him! Tiss him!" How cute is that?! Babies are meant to be smothered in smooches. Happy Thankful Thursday to you!

  13. I love it! If all 3 of my youngest would have been happy to get in the pack and play together, I would have gladly let them stay that way as long as they wanted!

  19. I love this....I have three about the same ages as your in the picture - the sibling love is priceless. I've been using my pack and play as a changing table still. Why on earth haven't I really utilized it??? Your picture has really helped :) Mommy brain, sorry!

  22. Today I cared for an 8 month old, three two year olds, and two three year olds...The five older ones were playing quietly at I can't even remember now,LOL, while I rocked the wee one in my arms...I just sat there watching the older ones, rocking the younger one and just praising God for His grace was sufficient for me as just emotions of inadequacy, being overwhelmed were trying to take over....

I LOVED your post, just beautiful and honest!!
