There they are, Big Duke and Big Duke sleeping peacefully next to my 2 year old.
Anyone else so afraid of something happening to their toddler's security item that they actually buy a duplicate?
This toddler-disaster insurance policy in the form of a 2nd large stuffed bulldog sure works for me!!

Too Cute, I love pictures of sleeping babies:)
ReplyDeletewe have several of the same blankies in this house!!!
ReplyDeletethats awesome--I read a novel once in which the mom bought like 10 of the same blanket and had to wash all 10 whenever the "current" one was washed and swap them out for equal "wear" so that they all seemed like the same one in case they had to be replaced or else a well loved one being replaced by a new one from the cabinet would surely blow the cover
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute picture!!! I did have two baby blankets as a kid...but I have no idea why!
ReplyDeleteI see Vince is making the spam rounds to you, too. I removed him from one and then see by my email he's added four more. Boy, where do we pick these guys up?
ReplyDeleteYour idea? INSPIRED. You should send it in to a parenting magazine! We got lucky when we left Bo's security stuffy when she was four. He made a long adventure through the mail. THANK YOU LORD!
Aww, so cute!
ReplyDeleteYepper! My 7 year old has 3 blue beanie bears because we learned our lesson from our 9 year olds penquin incident.
ReplyDeleteWe lost my daughter's blanket once at a hotel. Thank goodness the owners were understanding, ran into the room and mailed it to us. The remainder of our vacation was miserable though without the blanket.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I've btdt with buying a backup of something like that.
ReplyDeleteCute! I am amazed at the positions they can sleep in!
